These terms apply when you use this website, order from Zaika, book a table or request catering. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Menu and prices
The prices shown on this website are the prices you pay for the dishes listed. Our menu changes with the seasons, and a dish may occasionally be unavailable; if something you ordered cannot be prepared, we will tell you and adjust your order.
Allergies and dietary needs
The letters after a dish mark gluten (G), dairy (D) and nuts (N). All our meat is halal. Our kitchen prepares many dishes that contain allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of them. Please tell us about any allergy before you order.
Online orders
Orders may be placed on this website or through our online ordering partner. An order is accepted once it is confirmed and, where payment is taken online, once payment is confirmed. Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Delivery may be carried out by a delivery partner, whose own terms also apply.
Reservations and large parties
Tables may be booked online through our booking partner or by telephone. Please tell us if your plans change so we can offer the table to other guests. Our private section seats 26 to 30 guests. An 18% gratuity is added to the bill for parties of six or more, and is retained in full by our staff.
Catering
A catering quote is an estimate for the date, guest count, menu and service style you describe. A catering order is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you in writing.
Our content
The Zaika name and logo, and the text and photographs on this website, belong to Zaika or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without our written consent.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate, but menu details, prices, hours and availability may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
