The Bar at Zaika

The bar list follows the kitchen, built on chai, spice and fruit. The cocktails include the Smoked Chai Old Fashioned, Mumbai Mule, Chai Honey Paloma and Cumin Monk. The mocktails include Ganne ka Juice, Khus Mojito, Kala Khatta Hopper and Masala Chai.

Indian beers and wine by the glass or bottle complete the list. The drinks pair with the Indo-Chinese plates, and the full program is available for catered events.

Zaika holds a liquor license and runs its own bar. Off-site beverage service is arranged per venue and event type.
